Asharqia Chamber: It is appreciated for the Prince of Eastern to launch the second version of the study on the reality of social responsibility in the Eastern region
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Asharqia Chamber, Abdul Hakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khaldi, appreciated His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Region, the inauguration of His Highness on Monday, February 1, 2021, the second version of the (Study of the Status of Social Responsibility in the Eastern Region), which comes in partnership Between the Asharqia Chamber represented by the Occasions Fund, the Social Responsibility Council in the Eastern Province, and Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University in Dammam. Al-Khalidi praised the great support given by His Highness, the Prince of the Eastern Region, to promote and spread the culture of social responsibility in the region, and his constant assertion that it is one of the important areas in the development of societies, and its culture is not defined by time or place, and it will remain as long as human remains.
Al-Khalidi said that the Chamber’s support, represented by the Occasions Fund for the second edition of the “Study of the Status of Social Responsibility in the Eastern Region”, is in line with one of its most important and firm values of being an influential part in establishing and strengthening the culture of social responsibility in the eastern region, noting that the chamber has an extended history. In stimulating the private sector to include social responsibility among its main programs, based on what it achieves from a real community partnership, and the positive results it yields about business sustainability.
For this part, the Vice President of the Asharqia Chamber, Badr bin Sulaiman Al-Rizzeza, affirmed the great keenness that His Highness, the Emir of the region expresses, to promote and spread the culture of social responsibility, and to emphasize its importance in consolidating the spirit of cooperation and joint action, which is the basis of development and the capital of its sustainability. What had the greatest impact on achieving many successes, saying: (From one year to the next, paths of work in support of social responsibility progress, and they move in the Eastern Province to become a model for social work that all regions of the Kingdom draw from.)
Al-Rizzeza said that the 2030 vision includes the implementation of its goals on many aspects of social dimensions that fall under the vocabulary of social responsibility, due to its great importance in the development of society following the foundations of sustainability.
